Join Our Team as a Guest Relations Team Member!

Are you someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while keeping people safe? Palm Beach Shores Resort is looking for a Part-time Guest Relations team member to be the visible, professional presence that ensures our guests, staff, and property feel secure and supported. This is more than a security role — it’s about making every guest experience seamless and enjoyable.

What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly, professional face of the resort, maintaining a visible presence across the property.
• Conduct routine property walkthroughs, including guest rooms, floors, outdoor areas, parking lots, and pools, enforcing resort policies and ensuring safety.
• Assist guests with questions, concerns, or incidents with courtesy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Engineering, and Management to communicate guest notifications and report incidents.
• Ensure all back-of-house areas are secured and complete end-of-shift reports.
• Work closely with Night Audit and MOD to respond to any issues during your shift.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in security, guest services, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with an approachable, professional demeanor.
• Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.
• Physically able to perform property walkthroughs and remain alert throughout your shift.
• Knowledge of basic emergency procedures and ability to follow resort policies.
