We’re looking for a Sales Representative - Exit a strategic, results-oriented sales professional who will engage prospective owners at the conclusion of their resort experience to convert interest into vacation ownership and ensure long-term satisfaction.

Your Impact

• Engage and inspire prospective owners through dynamic presentations and personalized consultations.
• Partner closely with marketing and resort operations to create seamless experiences that drive conversions.
• Use creative sales approaches to connect emotionally with guests and differentiate Vacatia in a competitive market.
• Track and measure performance to meet or exceed individual and team goals.
• Contribute to a supportive, results-driven sales culture built on excellence, collaboration, and integrity.

What You Bring

• A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Strong relationship-building, persuasive communication, and closing skills.
• Ability to connect authentically with guests, identify needs, and tailor solutions.
• Active Real Estate or Timeshare License may be required depending on location.
• Experience in timeshare, real estate, travel, or high-ticket sales preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
