Vacatia is reinventing vacation ownership through hospitality, technology, and exceptional owner experiences. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Support professional to join our Equity team and help keep critical account and operational processes moving smoothly.
In this role, you’ll support account modifications, payment processing, AP requests, account assignments, and new lead processing while working closely with Concord, Equity management, and internal representatives. Your Impact
- Manage Equity/Loss Mitigation account modifications, including payment dates, monthly payments, principal balances, first payment dates, and other account adjustments.
- Work within the Concord servicing system to process modifications, correct incorrectly applied payments, resolve payment date errors, and make other account updates.
- Verify completed modifications and properly prepare accounts for AP processing.
- Handle incoming AP requests and requests from representatives to add, remove, or update accounts.
- Assign accounts to representatives as needed.
- Process accounts transferring to Equity as new leads and coordinate lender code changes with Concord.
- Assign new leads to representatives and distribute lead lists to the appropriate team members.
- Track created batches and maintain accurate account counts for Equity management reporting.
- Maintain accurate account records and documentation across applicable systems.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve account issues and ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with additional projects and operational responsibilities as the team’s needs evolve.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative, financial services, collections, or operations experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage account information and transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with multiple systems and databases preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial and account information.
