We’re looking for a Lead Night Audit Clerk to join our Front Desk team. This key role oversees nightly operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and provides leadership and support to the night audit team. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to keeping front desk operations running smoothly, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Shift: 11pm to 7:30am
Pay rate: $19/hr
Supervise and support Night Audit team members to ensure smooth overnight operations
Deliver outstanding guest service while resolving issues professionally and efficiently
Complete nightly audit tasks, balance ledgers, and verify room rates
Prepare accurate financial and operational reports for management and accounting
Review and verify weekly housekeeping bills
Train and coach front desk associates to ensure compliance with SOPs
Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, room moves, and billing concerns
Follow all safety and security procedures and report any concerns immediately
Maintain front desk supplies and ensure equipment is operating properly
Collaborate with other departments to support guest needs
Complete administrative tasks including tracking charges and correcting rate discrepancies
2–5 years of hospitality or leadership experience (resort or timeshare preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and front desk systems
Dependable, professional, and customer-focused work ethic
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
Play a key leadership role during the most critical hours of resort operations
Work in a professional and supportive team environment
