We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized administrative professional who will support the accuracy, integrity, and flow of critical customer and operational data across our systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless internal operations and exceptional service delivery.

Why You’ll Love Working at Vacatia
Your Impact
Maintain and update customer and account data to ensure accuracy across systems and reporting.
Support daily administrative operations including document management, scanning, filing, and correspondence.
Process and validate source documents, identifying discrepancies and ensuring resolution through standard procedures.
Input, review, and verify high volumes of data with precision, maintaining quality and confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to support operational efficiency and contribute to team success.
What You Bring
0–2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a related function (internship experience welcomed).
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and general office systems and tools.
Ability to communicate professionally, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative environments preferred.
