We are hosting a One-Day Hiring Event with on-the-spot interviews and job offers! Whether you’re a seasoned sales pro or looking to break into the industry, we have a seat for you.

EVENT DETAILS

• Date: May 14th

• Time: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Location: Vacatia Contact Center – Newport News, VA

• Positions: Full-Time & Part-Time Roles available

• Compensation: $16-$18 an hour (plus uncapped commission)

Outreach Specialists (Entry-Level)

Perfect for those with great energy and communication skills looking to start a career in sales and marketing.

Travel Coordinators (Sales & Marketing)

As the "architect" of a Guest or Owner's future travel, you’ll turn potential interest into confirmed vacation memories.

• The Connection: Build instant rapport to establish trust and a positive brand image.

• The Hustle: Identify prospective guests and invite them to experience Vacatia through incentivized presentations.

• The Goal: Schedule firm travel dates, handle deposits securely, and overcome objections with professional persistence.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• A professional phone presence and the ability to present information clearly.

• 1–2 years experience in sales or customer service preferred (call center experience is a huge plus!).

• Comfort using computers and quick to learn technology and systems.

• Drive- The "professional persistence" needed to meet goals and handle a fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
