We’re looking for a relationship-driven Owner Travel Coordinator who will inform existing timeshare owners of getaway details and facilitate the scheduling of their travel dates. Your Impact

  • Sales Execution & Owner Engagement: By using effective telephone communication to build rapport, overcome objections, and coordinate travel dates while clearly detailing getaway packages.
  • Financial & Data Management: By recording recent result communications within the Maxlight system.
  • Operational Support: By accurately managing owner deposits and credit card payments for travel bookings.

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years working experience in a sales or customer-service based role.
  • Flexibility to support business needs by working evenings, and potentially weekends, holidays, or extended hours as required.
  • Proven track record of effectively establishing rapport and presenting information clearly to customers.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to technical platforms or new learning systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse owners through telephone and personal contact.
