The Welcome Center Representative serves as the first point of contact for resort guests, promoting vacation ownership opportunities by scheduling qualified tours. This role supports guest engagement, provides resort information, and ensures accurate booking and reporting of tour activity.

Your Impact
- Greet guests warmly and serve as the first point of contact at sales check-in desk
- Ensure accuracy of Guest information by verifying appropriate identification and payment information
- Coordinate with Sale Representatives, Leadership and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Reviews daily, weekly data and reports for distribution including; the tour manifests, daily results, gifts and deposits.
- Input tour bookings and manage guest data, including qualified and non-qualified entries
- Maintain accurate daily records, including tour logs, sales lists, and financial reconciliation (bank sheets)
- Communicate daily performance updates and reporting to management
- Adhere to all company policies and maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Participate in required training, including security awareness and system use
- Ensure accuracy in financial and operational reporting activities
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and general applications)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
- Willingness to travel locally between assigned work locations
- Previous experience in the timeshare or vacation ownership industry preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) preferred
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and
- management
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve issues efficiently
- Comfort with basic calculations related to reporting and financial reconciliation
