Join Our Team as AM Manager on Duty – Vacation Village at Williamsburg
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? Are you a natural problem-solver who knows how to lead a team and keep guests smiling? Vacation Village is looking for an AM Manager on Duty (MOD) to be the on-site leader who keeps our resort running smoothly — and our guests coming back.
As our AM MOD, you’ll be the go-to person for both guests and team members during your shift. You’ll oversee Front Desk and resort operations, keep everything moving behind the scenes, and step in to resolve issues before they become problems. From welcoming VIP guests to coordinating with other departments, you’ll ensure every detail of the guest experience is handled with care.
Lead and support Front Desk team members.
Manage daily workflow, schedules, and performance coaching.
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, offering service recovery when needed.
Oversee VIP check-ins and prepare welcome packages.
Keep communication flowing between departments for seamless operations.
Ensure front desk equipment and supplies are always ready.
Enforce safety and security procedures while keeping guests comfortable.
3+ years in hospitality or resort operations (timeshare experience a plus).
Confident, positive leader who can handle high-pressure situations with grace.
Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Cloudbeds or Whistle a plus).
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
