Executive Housekeeper
Lead the Team Behind an Exceptional Guest Experience

We’re seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations at our resort and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. This leadership role oversees Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Areas, driving high standards of cleanliness, team performance, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations for Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Area teams
• Ensure guest rooms and resort spaces meet exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
• Recruit, train, and coach a team of 20+ housekeeping professionals
• Conduct room inspections and quality audits to maintain brand standards
• Manage staffing schedules, payroll, and productivity during peak and high-volume periods
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and supply management for linens, chemicals, and equipment
• Control departmental budgets and operating costs
• Partner with Front Office, Engineering, and Resort Leadership to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Respond to guest concerns and support service recovery when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in hotels, resorts, or vacation ownership properties
• Experience managing teams of 20+ employees
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality inspections, and safety/OSHA standards
• Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and vendor coordination
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with PMS or housekeeping systems (Whistle, CloudBeds, etc.) preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
