What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the front desk team in check-ins, check-outs, and guest service requests
• Provide training for new hires and reinforce resort policies and procedures
• Greet and direct guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Resolve and follow up on guest complaints or issues promptly
• Track and respond to online reviews and concerns on platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, Expedia, and RCI
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate logs, courtesy calls, and follow-ups for maintenance requests
• Uphold quality standards, company policies, and a safe, welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hospitality experience (timeshare or resort management experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in computer software, especially Excel and Word
• High school diploma or GED required
• Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
