Commercial Services Associate

Vacatia is redefining the vacation ownership and hospitality experience through innovation, service excellence, and a modern, data-driven approach to sales, revenue, and distribution. As we continue to grow our managed resort and vacation rental portfolio, we’re seeking a Commercial Service Associate to serve as a key connector across Sales, Revenue, Distribution, and Digital Marketing.

This role blends commercial strategy, operational execution, and hands-on coordination. You’ll act as a brand ambassador for Vacatia-managed properties while ensuring listings, content, pricing, and distribution channels are optimized to drive performance. The ideal candidate brings hospitality experience, commercial curiosity, and the ability to manage details while thinking strategically.

Your Impact

  • Support Sales by managing databases, contracts, site inspections, and sales coordination across corporate, leisure, and group segments

  • Manage and optimize distribution channels, listings, content, photos, and extranets across OTAs and Vacatia platforms

  • Partner with Revenue Management to support rate, availability, forecast updates, audits, and channel performance analysis

  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform pricing, positioning, and commercial strategy

  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to maintain social content, property collateral, and trade show materials


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2–3 years of experience in hospitality sales, revenue, distribution, or commercial operations

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills

  • Comfort working with Excel, data tools, extranets, and channel management platforms

  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams and educate stakeholders on market trends and strategies
