As we continue to expand our sales and marketing engine, we are seeking an FP&A Analyst Sales and Marketing to help turn financial data into insights that drive revenue, performance, and smarter decision making.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and partnering closely with the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of finance and commercial strategy. You will provide forecasting, analysis, and decision support that helps leadership understand what is working, where to invest, and how to scale growth responsibly.

Your Impact

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning for Sales and Marketing teams
  • Analyze revenue performance, marketing spend, and return on investment across channels and programs
  • Build financial models to evaluate pipeline assumptions, campaign performance, and growth initiatives
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve forecast accuracy using pipeline and conversion data
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that track performance, trends, and variances
  • Provide insights and recommendations that support pricing, promotions, staffing, and investment decisions
  • Identify risks and opportunities impacting revenue and profitability

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Three or more years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with experience building forecasts and models
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non finance leaders
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting Sales or Marketing teams is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or sales performance data is a plus
