As a Pool Attendant, you’ll play an important role in delivering a positive and relaxing poolside experience for our guests. You’ll help maintain cleanliness, safety, and order throughout the pool deck and surrounding areas while providing friendly, professional service.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for guests

• Clean and inspect pool bathrooms to meet safety and presentation standards

• Replenish supplies and notify management of needed repairs or maintenance

• Clean and maintain pool and spa tiles according to safety guidelines

• Distribute and manage pool towels responsibly

• Clean, arrange, and maintain pool furniture daily

• Remove trash, debris, and potential hazards from pool and deck areas

• Monitor pool areas to help maintain a safe and orderly environment

• Interact professionally with guests and owners, delivering a Gold Crown–level hospitality experience

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Attend meetings and training sessions as required

• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of hospitality experience preferred; resort or timeshare experience a plus!

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude

• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must meet company standards of conduct and appearance
