The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical support role within Vacatia’s Inventory & Commercial Operations team, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, and optimization of resort and vacation ownership inventory across multiple systems and distribution channels. This role partners closely with Inventory Managers, Revenue Management, Sales, Contracts, and Technology to ensure inventory is correctly configured, available, and aligned with business strategy.
This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, analytically curious, and eager to grow within inventory, revenue, or commercial operations in hospitality or timeshare.
