We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure that every guest experience reflects our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. What You’ll Do:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our resort running smoothly and beautifully:

• Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team to deliver spotless rooms and inviting public spaces.
• Conduct regular inspections and take swift action to maintain resort cleanliness standards.
• Jump in where needed—whether it’s deep cleaning, full room turns, or supporting special projects.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, order supplies, and ensure safe storage and handling.
• Develop and oversee annual deep-cleaning schedules.
• Respond promptly to guest needs, from room concerns to service requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Serve as the go-to leader during housekeeping-related emergencies.
• Support the Resort Manager with reporting, projects, and operational needs.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years in hospitality housekeeping; resort or timeshare experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of OSHA, MSDS, and safe chemical handling procedures.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends (Friday–Sunday), and holidays.
