Vacation Sales Representative

Vacation Sales Representative (Licensed)

Location: Scottsdale, Camelback Resort with occasional travel to Sedona, Arroyo Roble Resort
Employment Type: Full-Time

Vacatia is looking for energetic, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our high-performing location sales center. If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want uncapped earning potential with growth opportunities, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell vacation ownership products, including timeshare intervals and points packages

  • Engage guests through in-person presentations, phone calls, and follow-up communication

  • Build strong relationships by understanding each guest’s vacation needs and lifestyle

  • Deliver a professional, engaging, and memorable sales experience

  • Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales center

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates

  • Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Word

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, adapt to customer needs, and close sales

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • Previous experience in vacation ownership, hospitality, or timeshare sales preferred

  • Active Arizona real estate license.

  • Candidates with prior experience in autonomous or entrepreneurial sales roles.

  • Strong consultative sales skills with comfort in self-generated lead environments.

  • Highly self-directed and capable of running a one-person onsite operation.

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong desire to succeed

Work Environment

This role is primarily on-site in our Camelback Resort sales center. The schedule includes weekends and holidays, with flexibility based on business needs.
