Join Our Team as a Painter at The Colonies Resort!

Are you someone who takes pride in creating beautiful spaces; with an eye for detail and a passion for making environments feel fresh, clean, and inviting?

We’re looking for a skilled Painter to join our team! In this role, you’ll help maintain and enhance the appearance of our guest rooms, hallways, and resort common areas—ensuring every corner reflects the exceptional quality our guests expect.

What You’ll Do:

• Paint walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards, and other interior/exterior surfaces

• Prep and repair drywall, patch holes, texture surfaces, and apply various finishes

• Install wallpaper, baseboards, corner guards, and other decorative details

• Perform light carpentry, tile installation, and caulking work

• Use compressors, sprayers, and other power tools safely and effectively

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures

• Work collaboratively with the engineering and housekeeping teams to ensure timely completion of projects

• Greet guests and coworkers with professionalism and a smile

• Assist with renovation projects from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of professional painting experience (interior/exterior)

• Knowledge of surface preparation, painting tools, and materials

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Great attention to detail and high standards of workmanship

• Ability to read and understand safety instructions and work orders

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
